Hello, I have recently really gotten into the game and have gone as so far to mount a TV to my wall and hooked it up to my pc so I can play the game from bed w/ an xbox controller. Problem is, I cannot move the game window to another monitor. I tried going into windowed mode, and moving the game, but that didnt help. It just moved itself back to my primary monitor. I've installed several mods (Russian maps and trucks), but they are not suited for 1.34 version, they are compatible only with 1.33 version. Now, the game either crashes or the truck won't move. I may define the profile and the Logitech G29 wheel and pedals, and the gearbox (manual or any automatic ones). When trying to start driving, the truck won't move. The engine is running and when pressing accelerator it seems to move a few cm. But not moving more.
Make sure you have enough disk space, if you don't, install to another disk. Also, possibly remove local content, reinstall game. Your mods & saved games should be safe, but back them up first to be sure.
(Or something similar) MY friend and I have been driving convoys together for the longest time, but since the last update we are struggling to connect over the internet, sometimes it can take ten tries when joining the convoy and sometimes it wont connect at all. We are both having swap around hosting, but sometimes it's just rinse/repeat. Anyone else getting this problem at all? ːnogoː
Re: Truck wont get up to speed. In ETS2 at least, that usually means that the retarder is stuck on. It sometimes does that if you use cruise control, or you might have pressed the retarder key. Press the retarder decrease key a couple of times to release it, I think it's . by default. Option 1: Attach winch to a tree or sth beside your truck so that you pull your truck on two/three/four wheels. Than carefully drive. This helps if you are jacked on a stone or a stump. Option 2: Get another truck to help. Option 3: Recover
Yesterday everything was cool, but today, all of a sudden, my truck won't drive. It starts and I can switch gears and every time I accelerate you can hear that the truck would like to go off, but it won't move. Not an inch. Only sometimes it works in rear gear but very slowly and not every time. Keyboard is the same. I already checked everything.
Hey Guys, tried to play ETS the first time with my Logitech G920 Wheel, but i got some crazy problems. On other games like Forza and Dirt Rally i dont have any problems. So first thing is the rotation of the Wheel. I have it set up to 900 like it should be, but ingame it stops at 3/4 of the way and i have no clue how to fix that. Second ♥♥♥♥ is the force feedback. I dont know why, but XLW8.
