You good dude. 6'1" 200 pds and my girl rides on the back all the time of my 2021 V7 Racer. Its a 750cc like you mentioned. 6’2” on a V7 Rough. No problems at all, but yeah it is not a big bike. My legs fit just about right on tank, but think with someone on the back my legs wont fit in the shape of the tank.
