Yes that oil needs to be drained and replaced. I would also demand they replace the filter as likely they used a cheap one and not a high-flow design as specified by Alfa very important for long term reliability.

As long as the level is checked regularly, the engine temperatures are steady, the car drives fine, I would advise to monitor it and take it back when it happens. The dealer should still be able to raise a case with Alfa
